Donation Requests
Cambria
Pines Lodge provides support to a wide range of charities and community
organizations each year. All requests or proposals must be submitted through
our on-line form at least 8 weeks prior to the date of the event. Requests
should be as brief as possible and present the necessary facts about the
organization and event for which support is being sought. Requests are
limited to one request per organization within a twelve-month period. The
following procedures and guidelines are designed to help you with your
donation request:
Due to the
large volume of requests we receive, we have established a regional policy
to provide fund-raising assistance to non-profit organizations located
within the states of California and Oregon.
Moonstone
Hotel Properties receives thousands of donation requests every year. We
fulfill as many as is practical, but please be aware that we do not
guarantee that every donation request will be met.
Prior to
completing the form, you must have the following information:
Organization name, full mailing address and telephone number
Description of the event and who will benefit from the event
Contact name, phone number and E-Mail
Date and location of the event
Requested donation
Verification of your organization's 501(c)(3) status
Upon
receipt of your written request, all organizations will receive a
confirmation of receipt.
Helpful
Donation Request Notes
Your event
should not be dependent on receipt of a donation item, as we cannot
guarantee an item for your event.
Due to the
large volume of requests we receive, our response to any particular donation
request is at our discretion.
