The Gardens in June

The property is spectacularly gorgeous in June, with color everywhere. The Rose Garden is still heavenly; Toulouse Lautrec (large, clear yellow blooms), Yves Piaget (bold, vibrant pink blooms), and Ingrid Bergman (large red blooms) are amazingly beautiful. Lavatera, Shasta daisies, dahlias, and cerinthe create quite a stir in the Restaurant Garden. Rudbeckia, salvia, marigolds, verbena, and other annuals go in the ground for fall color.
