They will deconstruct 3 LXV wines with an array of spices to understand how to ascertain structure in a wine for acidity, fruit, minerality, etc. The goal is to educate your palate to instinctively come up with the direction for a pairing when you taste a wine.

Internationally acclaimed artist Bruce Munro premiered his largest artwork to date—an enormous multi-acre walk-through installation—at Sensorio in Paso Robles, California.
