We feel it’s important to share the changes we are making in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and precautions we already have in place, to let you know that your health and safety is our number one priority. While we always strive to maintain the highest standards when it comes to cleaning and maintaining our hotels, we're taking it even further.

We are staying up-to-date on the latest developments and guidelines suggested by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization, our local Health Departments and other appropriate agencies. 

Please note that the state of California is requiring the use of a face covering for individuals without the COVID-19 vaccine.

Cambria Pines Lodge is a great place for your next vacation. We would like to share some of the things we are doing to provide peace of mind and ensure you that we are taking your safety seriously:

  • We're now offering contactless check-in! You will receive a text message on the morning of your arrival, just click the secure link and fill in your payment information. You will be charged a $1 authorization that will be refunded immediately. 
    • When you arrive, please pull into one of our Registration Parking Spaces and text us that you are here, using the phone number and spot number on the Parking Sign. We will come out and deliver your keys to your car to limit your time spent in public spaces.
  • Contactless Check-Out: When you're ready to check-out, simply leave your room keys in your room, there's no need to visit the Front Desk. If you have any questions about your room charges or would like a copy of your receipt sent to your email, you can contact the front desk at (805) 927-4200.
  • Sanitizing: Our housekeeping staff is regularly sanitizing all surfaces that are frequently touched using a disinfectant, certified to kill COVID-19. We are focusing on all surfaces in guest rooms (including doorknobs, light switches, countertops, microwaves, and remotes) and public spaces (terminals and pens at the front desk, stalls and surfaces in the bathroom, menus and tables in the restaurant, and more). In addition, we are using Clean Remotes in our guest rooms. We are also continuing to launder all linens and towels in hot, soapy water. For your safety, we have also removed reusable items from the rooms, including pens and paper, collateral and directories.

  • Electrostatic Sprayers: We are using electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectant to sterilize high-touch areas in the rooms and public spaces.

  • Stay-Over Services Suspended: If you are staying with us for multiple nights, we will not come into your room to clean during your visit. We are happy to provide towels and take your trash at the door. Just call the office during office hours to arrange this service. 

  • Handwashing: We have continued to emphasize and train employees to follow our strict handwashing policies. 

  • Employees exhibiting any signs of sickness are prohibited from working.

  • Amenities: During this time, some of our amenities will remain closed until further notice. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but your safety is our first priority. Each guest will receive a list of current amenities and property changes upon arrival.

Our Corporate and Management leadership teams are closely monitoring the situation and information from public health officials and will continue to exceed their prevention guidelines to help keep our properties clean and our guests safe.
