As a guest of the Lodge, you receive complimentary breakfast available between 7:30-10am.
We only accept debit and credit cards for all Front Desk purchases (room payments, gift shop items, etc.). Our Restaurant and Fireside Lounge accept cash, debit and credit.
Check-in time: After 3pm
Check-out time: Before 11am - For contactless check-out, you may simply leave your room keys in your room, no need to visit the Front Desk to check out.

Stay Over Service - Is not provided unless requested. Our housekeeping staff will not enter your room during your visit. If you would like more towels, coffee or your trash emptied, please call the Front Desk.

Key Card - Should you lose your card, please notify the desk immediately so we can re-code your lock and issue a new key.

Operating Your Fireplace: If you’re in a room with a fireplace, the thermostat controls the fireplace. Turn the thermostat lever up and the fireplace will be activated. Turn the lever down to shut it off. A small flame (pilot light) will remain lit even when the fireplace is not in use.
Refrigerators: In-room refrigerators are turned off for safety in between guests. Most of them have a dial on the inside to turn them on.
Internet Access: Your room is equipped with complimentary wifi. Our wifi network is Cambria Pines Lodge and there is no password.

Voicemail: The message light will flash if there is a message waiting. To check the message dial 365, it will ask for a password, press the pound key (#). A recording will then come on, press 1 to hear the new message. The message light will stay on if the phone is hung up right after the message. Please stay on the line for a list of options. Option 9 will delete the message.
Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast is available from 7:30-10am each morning in our main restaurant.
Restaurant: Our Restaurant is open for indoor and outdoor dining. Lunch is available from 12-2pm and dinner from 5-9pm. Dinner reservations are strongly recommended.
Room Service: Available daily for dinner (4:45-8:45pm).
- Scan the QR code on the back of your room door to view the menu and place an order.
- Please note that you will only be able to view the room service menu when the Restaurant is open for service. There is an 18% gratuity charge for room service orders.
- Room service menu item prices increase as more time, labor and package materials are involved.
Dinner Escape Package Guests: In your check-in packet, you will find a voucher with instructions. Please hold on to your physical voucher as you will need to present it to the team member that delivers your dinner. If you are unable to present the physical voucher at the time of delivery, the difference of your dinner escape package discount will be charged to your room.
Fireside Lounge: Open daily 2-close, featuring happy hour specials Monday-Thursday from 3-5pm. Don't forget to enjoy nightly live music!
The hot tub and outdoor heated pool are open daily from 8am-10pm.

We welcome you and your furry friend in our designated pet rooms. To ensure your pet’s safety and comfort during your stay, please review our pet policy:

Pets may not be left unattended anywhere on property. Please do not leave your pet alone in a guest room.

Pets must be on a leash or other form of restraint when out of guest rooms. Pets must be under the control of their owner at all times and in the event a pet bites anyone on the property (guest or employee), we reserve the right to ask the guest and their pet to leave the hotel out of an abundance of caution for our employees and guests health and safety.

When in your room, please leave a Do Not Disturb sign on the door.

Please keep the noise your pet makes to a minimum, in order to not disturb other guests.

Pets must be clean and free of fleas and other pests. Proof of current rabies vaccinations as well as other health certificates may be required, as deemed necessary by Management.

Owners must clean up after their pet, and are responsible for any damage done by the pet.

Under no circumstances are pets allowed in the swimming pool or spa. A pool cleaning fee of $250 will be charged.

The nightly fee is $25 per pet for a maximum of two well-behaved pets per guest room. We charge $100 per night for a pet in a non-pet room.

In Case of Fire
Plan what to do when you arrive in your room - you won’t have time to plan during a fire.

Locate your room’s fire exit(s). Be sure they are unblocked.

When you hear an alarm, act, don’t investigate. If fire is in your room, get out and close the door. Once you’re out, report the fire.

If fire is not in your room, leave if you can. First feel your door. If it’s cool, open it slowly and proceed if safe. If your room door is hot, don’t open it.

Crawl in smoke. Fresh air will be near the floor.

If you can’t leave your room, seal off all cracks with wet towels. Shut off fans and air conditioners. Signal at your window. Call 9-1-1 and wait for rescue.
Security
Do not leave cash, credit cards, jewelry, travelers checks or other valuables in your room when you are away. The Lodge cannot assume responsibility for stolen property. To reduce the risk of theft, observe these steps:

Secure your valuables in a safe location and safeguard your room key.

Use the deadbolt provided on your door. As an additional measure, secure the safety latch. When leaving your room, be sure the door is locked.

Keep windows closed and locked.
-
Do not admit persons to your room without first making identification. If there is any question about a person asking to be let into your room, call the front desk.
